Terms & SMS Terms

These terms govern use of btdmx.com and the BTDMX LLC SMS/text messaging programs.

Customer Care SMS Program

If you voluntarily check the Customer Care SMS Consent box and provide your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages from BTDMX LLC regarding your inquiry, project updates, scheduling, and related customer service. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Marketing SMS Program

If you voluntarily check the Marketing SMS Express Written Consent box and provide your mobile number, you provide express written consent to receive recurring automated marketing and promotional text messages from BTDMX LLC. Marketing messages may include promotional offers, company or brand announcements, service updates, and marketing campaigns. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Optional Consent

The Customer Care and Marketing SMS programs are separate choices. Both consent boxes are unchecked by default. You may choose either program, both programs, or neither. Consent to either program is not a condition of purchase, receiving services, or submitting an inquiry through our website.

Opt Out

You may revoke consent for SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After an opt-out request, you may receive one confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you later provide new consent.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Your use of either SMS program is governed by our Privacy Policy. Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and text messaging originator consent are not sold, rented, transferred, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Website Use

Website content is provided for general business information. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or use it unlawfully. BTDMX may update these terms as its services change.
